About

A practice built for women running on empty

I believe understanding ourselves changes how we experience ourselves. I’m drawn to the why behind the things we do. Why do we keep repeating a pattern even when we know it isn’t working? Why does disappointing someone feel so uncomfortable? Why do we reach for control when we’re anxious? Why can we offer compassion so easily to someone else and struggle to extend that same kindness to ourselves?

I don’t believe these patterns mean something is wrong with us. Usually, they make a lot more sense when we get curious about where they came from and what they’ve been trying to do for us.

Together, we’ll slow things down enough to understand your patterns with curiosity and compassion, what purpose they’ve served, and whether the coping strategies that once helped you are still serving the life you’re living today. We don’t have to shame old ways of coping in order to develop new ones.

Core Therapeutic Framework

How we'll work together

Approach
Rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and self‑compassion.
Philosophy
Curiosity and compassion, not shame or self‑criticism — the foundation for rewriting internalized "rules."
Faith Integration (optional)
Christian faith integration is available on request, separating spiritual grace from harmful patterns like boundarylessness or self‑neglect.
